Took me forever (and im still working on it) but it doesn’t have to take forever, i just needed guidance but didn’t have a mentor to direct me, which is kind of a blessing cuz i had to do so much self study and really seek out someone good.  Gaining insight: tools that work for you ( gaining confidence- always LOVED ENERGY… BECAUSE WE USE that w sponsee, connecting to energy, presences and reconnecting to your purpose your why yourself.

Therapeutic Yoga:

Daily disciplines, yogic lifestyle off the mat, forming healthy habits. Transformation training. Journaling (prompts will be given to change your thought process, profoundly.
